Type in services. On the services Window search for Windows modules installer service. Right click and restart it, do the same for Windows installer service. Now try to install the keyboard language and check. Method 2: Command to uninstall pervious language pack installed. Search for CMD on the start menu. Right click and run as administrator. You will be presented with previous language pack installed.

Click on Japanese language and click Next to uninstall it. Try to reinstall the language pack again and check. Method 3: Update Windows and check. If you still face the issue, I suggest you to Update Wind ows and check if that helps you.
